Chelsea are reportedly ready to make a £45million bid for AS Roma duo Kostas Manolas and Radja Nainggolan, according to reports.
Italy manager Antonio Conte, who is expected to take over as Chelsea boss after Euro 2016, is thought to be keen to sign the pair with a major rebuilding job necessary at Stamford Bridge after their awful season.
The Daily Mirror reveal that the London outfit are willing to spend big to get their targets.
Conte may face competition for 24-year-old Manolas though who is also a target for Premier League rivals Everton, and Chelsea will face again need to fend off Liverpool, for his 27-year-old team-mate Nainggolan.
