As per the Daily Star, Chelsea have already confirmed the transfer of Under-21 striker Joao Rodriguez, who is set to join Colombian outfit Santa Fe on loan.
Highly-rated Colombia U-20 international has joined Chelsea back in 2012 but is yet to make a first-team appearance for the Blues.
The 20-year-old starlet has been sent out on loan for several times over the past three years and now, the website Futbol Red claim he is poised to make another temporary exit from Stamford Bridge.
According to the same sources, Santa Fe are just waiting a final response from the London-based club before they can officially confirm the deal. The Colombian caught the eye of Chelsea scouts while playing in the South American Under-15 Championships 5 years ago.
Rodriguez has signed a pre-contract with the Stamford Bridge side in 2012 but remained with his parent club Deportes Quindio before joining up with the Premier League giants in the summer of 2013.
The talented striker has had loan spells at Colombian club Uniautónoma, French outfit Bastia and Portuguese side Vitoria, while he spent last season in Belgium with Sint-Truiden.
