The former Juventus coach will for sure not be in charge of Italy after Euro 2016 and has held talks with the hierarchy at Chelsea but no official announcement has been confirmed from the Blues.
This is not the first time that Chelsea have been linked with the Belgian midfielder, who is a realistic target for the Blues, even without Champions League football.

If Juventus were to sell Paul Pogba, they have identified Nainggolan as a possible replacement.
As it stands, Roma are third in Serie A and have a realistic chance of making the Champions League next season. But, the financial incentives at Chelsea (or Juventus) would be much greater than in the Italian capital.
