Chelsea are being linked with a shock move for Liverpool flop Christian Benteke – and their fans are simply refusing to believe it.
Despite costing Liverpool a whopping £32 million from Aston Villa less than a year ago, Benteke is thought to be on his way out of Anfield, having failed to make a significant impact and scoring just 10 goals in all competitions.
The big Belgian doesn’t seem to be Jurgen Klopp’s cup of tea, and ahead of leading the line for his country at this summer’s European Championships in France, it appears Benteke’s agent has been working overtime to source his client some transfer options.
