The Belgian is likely to leave Merseyside Blues this summer after admitting he felt it was time to ‘challenge for trophies‘ in his career.
Belgium international has joined Toffees in a £28.5million deal back in 2014, and the Merseysiders can expect to command a fee more than £50m should they sell their star striker this summer.

2014/15 Premier League champions Manchester United and Chelsea are both interested in signing the forward, and Belgian star insisted that he’d be worth the fee as he is one of the best in the world and Chelsea or any other club should break the bank if they want to sign him.
‘I’m among the best [in the world],’ claimed Lukaku.
‘Personally, I am very happy.
‘I did expect to produce a season of this calibre.’
Lukaku netted 25 times in 48 appearances for Everton last term.
