Starsport exclusively revealed in April that Antonio Conte fancies a move for the 23-year-old, who left Stamford Bridge for Everton two years ago.
Lukaku indicated last month that he is ready to quit the Toffees in a bid to win titles.
But Hazard is refusing to play up Chelsea's interest in the striker.
When asked whether he could be playing alongside Lukaku at club level next season, Hazard told Sky Sports: "I don't know, I don't want to talk about this.
"But Romelu is a big striker, he's a good guy and a good friend of mine.

"It's always good to play with the best in the world."
Lukaku joined Chelsea from Anderlecht in 2011 with a glowing reputation but was loaned to West Brom and Everton before sealing a permanent move to Goodison Park.
He scored 25 goals in 46 appearances last season and is also attracting interest from Juventus and Paris St-Germain.
