Euro giants midfield destroyer Radja Nainggolan set to reject bid money offer from Chelsea

The Blues target Radja Nainggolan is set to turn down a big-money move to Stamford Bridge to remain with Roma.

The midfielder spoke with Antonio Conte before leaving for Euro 2016, however, has now told Roma’s chief he will remain with the Serie A side.

The Belgium International hit six goals in 35 Italian league appearances last season and become a target for Chelsea following the appointment of Conte as manager.

“I said to him I love where I am playing so why not stay? Chelsea were talking but at the moment there is nothing.

“The Premier League is a big competition, it’s lovely, but I sometimes think in life you need to make choices, and all I can say is that I am happy where I am.” – Nainggolan told Roma’s president.

The scored the only goal as Belgium defeated Sweden in their final Euro 2016 group match last evening.

In other reports, The blues chief Roman Abramovich has flown out to France to see Alvaro Morata in action at Euro 2016, with the Spain forward inclined to move this summer.

Los Blancos have decided to activate Morata’s buy-back clause at Serie A champions, and the La Liga giants are reportedly seeking to sell the 23-year-old.

The Telegraph suggests Chelsea are keen on Morata and Abramovich was in attendance at the Nouveau Stade de Bordeaux on Tuesday where the forward netted against Croatia.

Abramovich will also be eager to watch Antonio Conte at the competition in France, with Italy set to face Ireland in Group E on Wednesday evening.

It’s believed Chelsea have already started talks to sign Morata, to landing the highly-rated striker ahead of the 2016/17 campaign.

The Toffees striker Romelu Lukaku also stays on the radar of the London club.
