Brazilian news outlet Lance have claimed that Chelsea have already given up on Alexandre Pato.

The story, brought to our attention by Sport Witness, comes from journalist Joao Carlos Assumpcao. He claims Pato could be back in Brazil within weeks, and long before the end of scheduled loan spell at Stamford Bridge.
Assumpcao also makes three other claims.
Pato arrived at Chelsea unfit. Since being in London, he’s failed to show the desire and fight for a first team appearance. Lastly, Chelsea have no intention on retaining Pato for the long term.
The story is slightly harsh on Pato, who has always given the impression he wanted to do his best with the Blues.
Sadly, it looks like the whole experience has managed to leave him far worse off than if he’d gone on a long holiday.
