Chelsea fans vote to sign Alexandre Pato"

Chelsea fans have made their voices heard, as they have voted that the club should sign Alexandre Pato at the end of the season.

After his dramatic debut against Aston Villa on Saturday, we asked you what you think should be done at the end of the season with regards to Pato’s future, with four possible outcomes.

Sign him permanently, sign him on loan next season, let him leave and play the kids or let him leave because he isn’t good enough.

After his influential role in the 4-0 thumping of Aston Villa, which included a goal and key passes in both of Pedro’s second-half goals, the fans voted to sign Pato permanently at the end of the season.

It has been reported that Chelsea do have the option to sign the Brazilian at the end of the season.

Whilst many argued that it is too soon to judge the player after one game, there could be an argument for keeping him at the club.

With Conte’s preferences to playing two strikers, depth will be needed in that area and if he can continue in the form he showed against Villa, he will be in with a chance of securing a move.
