The 21-year-old Frenchman went under the knife in Spain to correct the issue and has since been working on his rehabilitation at Chelsea’s Cobham training base.
The injury has ruled Zouma out of Euro 2016, but he will be hoping to make sure that he is fully fit at the start of next season.
Now, the talented defender has taken to Instagram to reveal that he is running outside for the first time since the setback.
French star shared the video of himself running above on his personal Instagram account and wrote: “Step by step… #happy #running #1sttime #rosarosa @gradurofficiel243”
