This season, from the very first game when Hazard was embroiled in the incident that saw Mourinho clash with his medical staff, the 24-year-old has struggled for form and has yet to score in the Premier League this season.
Hazard has also alienated himself from the support with his refusal to confirm he`ll remain at Stamford Bridge next season whilst openly offering his admiration for both Paris Saint-Germain and Real Madrid.
Our friends over the Sun, are suggesting that Hazard, on the orders of Antonio Conte, is now being touted around Europe as being for sale with the inference being that he doesn`t fit into the Conte demand that requires loyalty and decency.
Previous speculation around Hazard has seen Chelsea place a £80 million price-tag on his head, but our source is now of the opinion that Chelsea would accept anything above the £50 million mark.
